Questions about official Grant County criminal records belong with the agency that created or maintains the record. The Circuit Court Clerk handles District and Circuit case files in Williamstown. The sheriff keeps sheriff-created law-enforcement material, the detention center handles booking and custody information, and Fiscal Court receives broad county administrative requests. Kentucky State Police and the Kentucky Court of Justice maintain separate statewide products. The contacts below route each request to its likely custodian.

This Is Not a Government Office. This privately run resource cannot retrieve an official record, perform an official check, correct or remove a record, or receive an expungement filing.
